Every other day since ****** and no one to help me get my money back .The DirectExpress phone system did allow me to cancel out that credit card and order a new credit card that will arrive through mail. * I’m Very frustrated with no one answering the phones and my money is being stolen from your company and I can’t do anything about it cause no one is answering the phones ...I’m on a fixed income , single parent a widow . Please .
