I lost my *direct Express debit card many months ago. I have been trying, unsuccessfully, to reach a human being!!!**I have called other agencies such as Bank of America, Social Security and EDD. *NO LUCK!!!!!**I desperately need access to my account.*When I call them directly and select the "replace lost or stolen card" option, my acct. number is requested, which I obviously don't have. So I enter my SS number instead and I'm asked for my *PIN. I enter it and I'm told it is an incorrect PIN. So I try the only other one it could possibly be and get the same message.**When I try to change my PIN, I'm asked for my account number. !!!!! WTF??????**What am I supposed to do??? It was suggested by one of the other agencies to contact the US Treasury *dept. **Please help me!!!**Thank you*Debbie Wimmer
