The issue in GetHuman-steffwol's own words
During the pandemic I was at a shelter where I had to leave due to discriminative behaviors from staff while voicing and venting about a No Contact Order "in private" because they were violating the order filed with the courts and the staff knew it yet put me in "danger". They knew I was in no position to go anywhere and they did not care.Because of this during the pandemic I had to use my whole stimulus check for a motel due to discrimination there and not enforcing the No Contact Order filed with the courts. I have had to pay dearly and suffer trauma due to this. I want to Dispute the money I had to use since May **-**th **** to the Current Date on my direct express card. I want to dispute this money also because there was "physical violence" at the motel I have been staying at due to the pandemic. All this has put me in danger. I have a copy of the No Contact Order filed.*I am covered through SSI through mental health benefits and all this has affected me dearly. Coping Skills under mental health include boundaries and venting to help the emotions and I am diagnosed initially with bi-polar. What happened caused me trauma and the loss of my stimulus check received and I have no where else to go without residence. This scares me greatly.*Please put the money back on my Direct Express Card.
