I reported my card lost * weeks ago and was told I would receive a replacement card within ** calender days..I still haven't received it and it is IMPOSSIBE to get anyone on their customer service *.Please help.

I called the Social security administration since I was issued the Direct Express debit card when I went on SSI AND SSA. THE LADY that I spoke to there gave me the phone number for Comerica Bank which is the bank that is named on the card. When I spoke to the lady at Comerica Bank she put me on hold and called Direct Express and made it clear that they were to call me immediately. Within *-* hrs they called and assured me that the card had been sent and to give it a couple more days. When I checked the mail the card had indeed been sent. Here is the number for Comerica Bank..***-***-****. If you have an underlying medical condition as I do you will get a call on the same day if you call early in the morning. If not it could take **-** hrs to get a call back.
