The issue in GetHuman-cherimay's own words
I lost my Direct Express card. I didn't realize it was missing and I called and reported it as lost or stolen. That was Jan **, ****. The first rep I spoke with cancelled my card. But, wanted to authenticate my identity. This was about *:**am. I think my wife wrote the fax number down wrong. Next day we call to get the fax number to send the I'd requested. Got a rep and after much confusion about updated address and phone number I have to talk to another more experienced rep. I have been expecting my new card for ** days. Unable to communicate with a rep. Been dropped call or high volume dropped. **.** charged to expedite. Now my rent is due my deposits should be there. No card. Very unhappy with Directs customer service.

GetHuman-cherimay did not yet indicate what Direct Express should do to make this right.
