I have been a loyal Sprint customer since [redacted]. Despite promises made by an account manager in October [redacted] that my service would not be interrupted again, I have faced multiple disruptions since July [redacted]. Numerous investigations and disputes have consumed my time, forcing me to travel long distances to the nearest corporate store. My requests for resolution have been consistently ignored by Sprint representatives, resulting in unethical banking practices and multiple overdrafts. While I have previously enjoyed Sprint's service, the recent issues have left me extremely dissatisfied. I urge Sprint to address my concerns promptly and resolve this ongoing situation. Thank you.

I discovered unauthorized charges on my card and contacted Direct Express to address the issue. The representative suggested canceling my current card and getting a new one, which I agreed to. I was informed that by paying an express fee, I could receive the new card in 1-2 days. However, it has been 4 days now, and as a disabled widow, I am struggling to pay my rent and other essential expenses without access to my funds. Currently, I am unable to reach customer service as I keep getting a message stating the replacement card will take 5-10 days. I urgently need my money and replacement card as soon as possible.

I am experiencing unauthorized charges on my Direct Express Card. After contacting Direct Express, they advised me to cancel my card and assured me a new one would be issued promptly. Despite paying for express delivery, it has been 5 days since and I have yet to receive the new card or access my funds. As a widow on disability without any other resources, I am struggling to reach customer service, as every contact point seems to be inaccessible. I was informed the card was issued on the second and that it would arrive in 10 days, but I urgently need my money today.

My purse was stolen, containing all my personal information. The card ending in [redacted] was canceled. However, I never received the replacement card I ordered on Nov. 30, [redacted]. I have been trying to contact Direct Express for six days now but have not received the necessary support for this issue. I am 55 years old and dealing with health issues. We are facing a 5-day notice soon, and the matter has not been resolved yet.

I filed a fraud claim a couple of months ago, and unfortunately, it was denied. Despite my efforts, no one from your team has reached out to discuss the proof I submitted. I feel the way I am being treated is unacceptable. I am prepared to take legal action if my money is not returned to me today. I sent emails providing evidence of being in jail in September, but received no response. Every time I call, I get hung up on, which is frustrating. I am a person just like your staff, and I deserve better treatment. If my funds are not returned by noon, I will have to take further action. My brother, E. Baillif, receives his Social Security benefits via Direct Express. As a stroke patient, his wife, who recently passed away, had his PIN for accessing funds. Struggling to recall the PIN, he is unable to reset it online due to limited computer usage. Providing his account details, we seek guidance on resetting the PIN. I recently received a new card from the bank, but I noticed some unauthorized charges on it. After speaking with a representative who issued me a new card, I was transferred to the dispute center where I got disconnected. I am experiencing unauthorized transactions on my cards. This month, two cards were used for withdrawals without my consent. I urgently need to contact the dispute center to resolve this issue before it escalates. The money taken from my account could lead to my water being shut off if not addressed promptly. I withdrew money from an ATM, and within a few minutes of leaving, I noticed that an additional $40 had been debited from my account. It is frustrating to think that some of these store machines might be tampered with. It's unfair to those of us who rely on our limited budgets. Having to cancel my card, order a new one, and deal with the process to recover my funds is inconvenient. When I called Direct Express, the call got disconnected, even though they weren't busy. Feeling judged as a customer adds to the frustration. This experience is truly disheartening.

I have been unjustly charged by two different websites for services I never authorized nor received. Upon reaching out to one of the websites via email, they informed me that they would refund the charges only if I paid a $10.00 fee. They requested my card details and address for the refunds, claiming it would reflect on my statement within one business day. This occurred on December 5th, [redacted], a Thursday, yet I have not received any refunds so far. I am worried that my card may have been compromised due to my negligence in verifying the situation thoroughly. My current balance is $6.31, minimizing potential damage for now. However, I fear for the security of my account in future transactions. I am considering getting a new card to prevent further risks, despite the associated charges. I was instructed to cancel my current card, which I have done. I was told that I could receive a replacement card in 1-2 days by paying the expedited fee, which I did. It has been 7 days, and I have not received any confirmation, tracking number, card, or refund. When I attempt to call, the system prompts me for my card or SS number, and after providing it, the system gives conflicting information about when the card will be issued. There is no option to check the status or speak with a customer service representative. As a widow relying on this card as my sole income, I urgently need the new card. I did not want to pay for express delivery and now regret it due to the delayed delivery. Please assist me with this matter.

I have been attempting to cancel my subscription with Iheartmedia for months and prevent them from charging my card. Despite leaving my contact details for a callback, which never occurred, I have not been successful. I requested a refund without success. After being redirected for handling the initial charge, which was supposedly refundable, I canceled it on the same day. Nonetheless, I have been charged again. I am facing a $9.99 charge from Iheartmedia and a $46.00 charge from Just Answer Expert. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

My name is Gary J. Jr. My roommate stole my replacement card, changed my PIN, and used it for three transactions totaling around $[redacted]. After reporting the fraud to a live person at the department, a new card was supposed to be sent to [redacted] East Benjamin Avenue, Norfolk, Nebraska [redacted]. I agreed to pay a $17 fee for overnight shipping. Despite three days passing, I have not received the card or any confirmation about the stolen money being reimbursed. Urgently need assistance to resolve this issue and retrieve the stolen funds.

I am concerned as money was charged to my card on November 29, $74.99 at Dr. Jay's, and although they say the payment wasn't processed, it was. Furthermore, another charge of $24.97 occurred at Rainbows on the same day. I repeat, no items were received for these charges. This money belongs to my son, so it is crucial to have it refunded promptly. I submitted a claim last week. Please expedite the refund process. My new email is available as the previous one was blocked. Thank you for resolving this matter promptly as I have bills to pay.

I recently had my wallet stolen on Friday, 12/06/[redacted], and unfortunately, the card inside was taken. I received a notification that an individual attempted to use the card but was unsuccessful due to insufficient funds. I think I may have lost my card recently, and it seems that some funds have been unlawfully taken from my account. Today, $[redacted].00 appears to be missing, so I took the precaution of ordering a new card this morning. To address this urgent matter, please contact me at [redacted]. Despite multiple attempts to reach out, I have not received any assistance as of yet. The situation is dire as I need to cover a bill promptly. I recently switched my direct deposit from a bank account to Direct Express. I've been waiting for a card since November 21st. After contacting them, they sent out a card via overnight express on December 5th, for which I was charged $13. I was expecting to receive the card by December 9th but have not yet received it. I would like to request a refund for the overnight express charges and ensure that my card is delivered promptly.

It's been challenging to connect with a live person, but I need assistance. Normally, my funds are deposited on the 4th Wednesday of each month. This month, that falls on Christmas day, 12/25/[redacted]. Will the deposits be made before the holiday, or should I anticipate them to come later? I have $[redacted].28 in November [redacted] and over $[redacted].00 in fraudulent activities in October [redacted]. I have already filed a fraud claim for the October theft. I have been trying to file for the November theft for two days in a row, and each day I have been placed on hold for over 2 hours and 45 minutes. Today, when the fraud department finally answered, they rudely hung up on me. I need my $[redacted] reimbursed immediately. I have physical and human proof (Post Office) that my card was stolen. Someone needs to contact me as soon as possible. If I do not receive my refund, lawyers will be involved, as the federal government is aware of the situation with either Comerica or Direct Express.
