I am a very upset woman right now there was $*** took an off of my Direct Express Card that is my disability money and you don't get that much to be able to last you all months and for somebody to go on your card and take money off of your card without permission that's disrespectful and I'm being very nice about the words I'm wanting to use I can't pay my bills because the money's gone my money better get back on my card today or we are going to have very bad issues I'm getting ready to talk to my lawyer

I am trying to get my money back ... Money was taking off of my Direct Express card without permission and I need it back because that is my bill money I didn't authorize anything to be taken off what can I do
Frustrating yes I am very very frustrating but what was really bad was being humiliated in front of everybody because you didn't have the money to pay a bill because there was not enough funds on your card that is frustrating and very very embarrassing and I am very very mad
They could make this right by making sure my bill money is put back on my card
Because I'm not going off on somebody right now but if this issue does not get taken care of today and my money does not get put back on my card today like right now then I'm not going to be a very nice customer
