I just recieved one of my monthly checks ****** which should be ***.** i when out of town about an hour away from where i live and used my card online purchase of ** dollars then tried an atm purchase of ** dollars and it decline!! After not recieving my balance because atm was out of paper i tried again for ** bucks and it went thru. I then called my card and heard my balance was ** something and continued to listen to the transactions that were made. Ive called several times even fell to sleep and woke up still on hold waiting to dispute these transactions just to constantly be hung up on before ever being connected with someone and since i was transferred i dont have a number to call besides the direct epress card number and now when i call that number since i asked for a new card and still havent recieved it, it wont let me speak with anyone till i recieve my new card!! I depend on my checks very much and for this to happen and not be able to dispute these transactions in hopes of maybe seeing this money again is very stressful for me.
