If your website stated that on ******** their was a $***.** ATM transaction on my account * what evidence to you go by that secures to the customer the transaction happened ? (Hard copy). I attempted to find out on the phone with customer service but they violate "privacy act of '**" & according to O C C states is a violation of Federal law. O C C is aware thru me the issues of fraud since **** that Direct Express has not resolved. Wendy E. Kamenshine was aware of this. My name is Charles Grant , *****@***.com - **********- *** *th s. Saint Petersburg , Fla. *****. Reply.Before I made any transaction on ******** , I had over ***.** * in my account. What happened ? Reply. C F P B will find out.
