Trying to talk to a customer service in Person to replace he his card ... I am sending this email for my brother he has no internet and has limited minutes on his phone.He received a new card he is not even sure if he set the pin he was forced to move during the card was lost He does not have his card so when he call's he has no ** digit or pin number. If there is any way someone could please call him that would be great.He has a new apartment with a new address.Is there a phone that he can call directly so he can talk to someone in person he has all other information.
