Have been trying to set password on account for almost a month. After calling customer service, I was told the issue is handle by tech. support. A ticket is request is made then transferred over to tech. support. The day I was told that someone would be contacting me, didn't get a call. was (*) days later, I received a call from tech. support but missed the call. I call back the phone number, and the person in which I spoke to informed me that it was not the phone number for Direct Express, that for some reason their company had been getting kick backs calls for Direct Express. I'm hoping you can help me resolved this issue. Something so simple as resetting a password has taken almost a month. Shouldn't be this difficult to do so!!*Thank you, W. Emerson
