I went to an ATM and withdrew $*** and there was an additional charge of $* I have sent all of my information in a hand written letter with all required info date location transaction numbers and it has been ** days now. I spoke to an operator who says I need to let them know how much was the amount for that was not dispensed and I already did ! That is the information that was hand written and faxed. I am extremely upset and do not know what to do. This is money for my son who is disabled and on a fixed income obviously. It is raining where I am and I do not have access to a fax machine nor do I have means of transportation as I am looking after my son. Now they want me to go though another process. How does this seem fair.
