I went to pay my phone bill this morning to Metro PC they said the first transaction did not go through but yet it was taken off my account. Same for the second attempt. So I need my money put back on my account. They say they didn't get any money but one of the transactions and it is direct expresses fault for just taking off money without the customer even getting getting it at first. I can't afford to have these kind of mistakes. Thank you. Tina Hakala
