My Direct Express card has been lost or stolen & I’ve been trying to call Customer Service to report this since last Wednesday December **th, so I can get a new card sent to me ASAP before my deposit came but it’s too late because as of midnite this morning December **st, the money is on the card!! I have tried at different times of the day to get a hold of someone & they do NOT answer!!!! I need a new card issued & I need my money... & my SSA will be deposited on Jan *rd as well!!!
