The screen at that unit displayed the screen "Currently Unable To Process This Transaction" (not the exact message) Ater * or three attempts I removed my Direct Express card and proceeded to Northwest Savings Bank, Petroleum Street, Oil City, PA *****and successfully withdrew $***.**. The Direct Express website was dysfunctional most of the day. Just Lovely ! Oy However I finally accessed the DE website to discover that the Citizens Bank ATM had deducted $***.** without dispensing any cash. Now my Direct Express account deductions for bills paid online are going to bounce like beachballs. I attempted to call Direct Express only to be cut off due to call volume. Here I stand with $ ***.** mistakenly deducted and desperately needing to purchase insulin. Please Help Me. * Many Thanks,
