Yes September the *th Direct Express started a dispute it is now going on December the dispute was from Wal-Mart .com after i did everything that i was supposed to do Walmart sent me an email saying that they was going to issue me a refund for $***.** which i payed that in August on the ** th but they still took the money off my card in September after it was payed in August and they still owe me the $***.**
