I have not received my direct express card, I put in for it in September. I have been calling but due to high volume calls I can't get through. I need to know when to expect my card because it's been over five weeks. As of November first I have not received my card. Please let me know if you find the problem and when I should expect it my creditors are expecting me to pay my bills and I don't have any money to pay them because I have not received my card.
