The issue in GetHuman-suttermo's own words
I added the direct express app onto my phone and it sent me a code to finish activating my card and account and when I back out of the direct express app to my email to get the code and when I went back into the direct express app to put my code in it exit out of the app and now it won't let me put my code in to finish activating my card and account to the direct express app my last * digits of my card is ****
GetHuman-suttermo did not yet indicate what Direct Express should do to make this right.
