my direct express card was determine as invalid and I called direct express and determine that a new card had been issued without my consent. I called direct express to voice my concern and to stop the delivered of these invalid card. The card had been issued and $*,***.** of withdrawals had been made. Direct express then issued me a new card with only $***.** on the new card. I then filed out the fraud department questionnaire along with detail including the detail for the unauthorized withdrawal and the police department report, these was faxed on October **, **** and then with a called to the direct express fraud department on ******** indicated that the fax had been received and the funds should been deposited into by account by ********. I called direct express on ******** and the direct express service had not received the fax and could not resolved by issued with SR *-**********.
