Direct Express's call center is closed now. We will send GetHuman-bassfran a reminder to call them when they open. Nothing to do for now but wait!
Before contacting them, items GetHuman-bassfran may need:
Card number, Name on account, Last 4 of SSN, Address on account, and Your birthday

Rude,hanging up in my face or not answering calls letting ppl take money out of my SSI account even when I told u not * three times I will be trying * get another card company I don't trust u not first time rude lost card left at door of apt without telling me also not setting up account social security asked me in Dec **** called we times rude,unprofessional contact ** should should do a story profile * other seniors & anyone else I'm sure I'm not *st.
