I did not understand why a new card (credit card) was used to take money form my account. According to the phone notification--and it was garbled and incomplete on voicemail--I have money going to a credit card. I DO NOT**Also, a fee of *.** was charged and I don't think it was for my withdrawal because they are always .**. No one has had access to my card nor have I had any trouble.**In the past, I was victimized by hackers and my ID stolen including birth certificate and other,. I had new made but worry about the stolen ID and how these announce their intent to defraud social security on the eline. I called and requested no action on my card but for direct deposit and cash card with chip (mine-*****pin ****) as was originally issued to me. No auxillary cards as have been sent in the mail over and over have been used by myself and I have no bank account. No conservatorship exists either. FBI knows of my discomfort regarding hacking into my account and my lost ID. Last time a terrorist attack happened in France costing *** lives. mY assault was mentioned and I do not want any further terrorism to result from use of my personal items such as ID and Direct Express card. I am happy with deposit of ss and of course I am awaiting a large deposit for back pay.
