This line is very busy. To reduce your wait time, call their number, when it asks you to select a language select option 3. This line is also 24hrs; to reduce your wait time further call after 9pm
The issue in GetHuman-monatuck's own words
My name is Samuel Tuck card ending in **** and a pending charge of $***.** from Metro PCS needs to be released or canceled immediately. The automatic voice system charged my card twice once for $***.** and once for $***.**. The $***.** charge is incorrect and when I talked to a representative they said I had to contact the card services but the DirectExpress card will not forward me to customer services.
GetHuman-monatuck did not yet indicate what Direct Express should do to make this right.
