This line is very busy. To reduce your wait time, call their number, when it asks you to select a language select option 3. This line is also 24hrs; to reduce your wait time further call after 9pm

I called Saturday (June **th) to report * transactions on my account that weren’t made by me. I was told to wait until Tuesday when the transactions would be posted to call back and dispute them. In the meantime the representative told me to take everything off the card Incase it gets another unknown charge. On Tuesday (June *rd) I had been calling all day to be hung up on by the automatic voice message stating High call volumes. I had finally got through to speak to someone that told me they would transfer me to dispute the transactions and when transferred I was again told that Direct Express is experiencing High volumes and hung up on . Thursday I had called throughout the day to STILL not get my problem resolved. Today is now Thursday and I had been on hold for me to finally get a human on the phone . They said they would again transfer me to dispute the problem and I asked if I would be hung up on again because I had been calling for days and can not get this problem resolved the lady repersentive insisted that I would be transferred. When she transferred me I was told by the automatic voice message that direct express is experiencing high call volumes and to call back and I got hung up on. I am beyond frustrated with this system I simply just want to dispute the errors on my account and get it resolved. No customer should have to go through this for this amount of days. I ask that someone please help me with these issues once a for all. Thank you
