This line is very busy. To reduce your wait time, call their number, when it asks you to select a language select option 3. This line is also 24hrs; to reduce your wait time further call after 9pm
I have spent * whole days trying to get my money back because the company took * payments instead of one and i keep getting hung up on.. Well i want my money back and it would be nice to have a call back option instead of being rude and hanging up on people
I trust that Direct Express will make this right and come up with a resolution that is fair.
