Hello I'm having a lot of trouble with getting any customer service help through Direct Express and this happens every single month to me and this morning when my money was put on my card almost $*** was taken off that I did not authorize I did not make a payment of anything I have not even been out of my house this is not a monthly payment that comes off my card or anything like that it's there was a hundred and $**.** taken from it $**.** taken from it *** taken from it I don't know what these charges are and every single month I have to go through this those amounts were supposed to be ****** $**.** * $*.** I'm left no choice but to call the BBB as other customers of direct express has had to is a shame that people want to mess with older people's lives and and steal her money and and not have any customer service people to be able to even answer the phone yeah I hope BBB gets you real quick
