My SSA (***.**) was deposited on the *rd , I use my debit card to withdraw from a ATM @ Chase Bank locally therefore in accordance wFinancial Institutions Reg E it's a in state transaction, not a new account been receiving Direct Deposit customer w*Direct Express since ****, ATM encountered a transaction error deducted the withdrawal amount requested ***.** plus the *.** fee I agreed to but never dispensed the money logged me out. I reported instantly contacted the *** * indicated on the ATM to Claims Dept. w*Chase Bank . As Well Direct Express , filled out form received from Dispute Dept. *Claims Investigative incl. tracking * a handwritten description of incident as well as Document identifying type of dispute Level* Direct Express gave me their Fax * to ensure it would meet the ** day time critical requirements and expected a timely prompt resolution Chase Bank has assured me it's aware of the incident and is waiting to hear from Direct Express provisional Credit no access to my funds during investigative process , no attempt to confirm error and correct within the ** days as required Reg. E they refuse to discuss Regulations intentionally violate insult and outrageously state its "how Direct Express handles a claim in dispute" not subject to Reg E or follow within accordance with financial institutions guidelines claims reps have no idea what constitutes provisions regarding extended investigative time periods ie. new account or an out of state transaction or a point of sale dispute w*merchant ect which can take ** to ** days however a PROVISIONAL CREDIT IS APPLIED MINUS **.** consumer has access to their funds while resolution is determined !! it takes ** attempts to give your whole personal info to a hundred different employees ea time they disconnect your call once transfered High call volume excuse , make it into que wait time forever and doink disconnect . its been since orally reported May *nd **pm Pac time ...simple ATM error no funds for my bills food medical supplies I'm a patient severely damaged intestines bladder testicular cancer spinal & cervical injuries combined all I have to survive is my monthly deposit of SSA *SSI being intentionally defrauded of my rights as a customer this financial institution and its MASTERCARD instruments are LIABLE.. I'll be suffering from mental anguish swelling all my abdominals surgically meshed in blowing up stress how do I manage forced to escalate strictly controlled pain medications remain compliant. Late fees penalty costs account history HOW DARE THESE PEOPLE SUGGEST THEIR COMPLIANT AS A FINANCIAL INSTITUTION OF ANY KIND !!!
