The issue in GetHuman-drbabs's own words
I called to ask about HBO MAX. I didn't want to pay more. I have ALWAYS had HBO since it was a separate charge. I have had a standard plan and HBO. I said this to an agent March *. He explained I wasn't paying more. I understood, but he deleted my HBO. On March *, I called to ask why my HBO had been removed, the second agent said he didn't know and would get someone to help, but hung up on me. I called a third time and spoke to a female agent and she said no problem we'll add it back. She added it back, but now I'm being charged more. I DID NOT REQUEST THE CHANGE! I couldn't make those foreign agents understand. I did not ask to drop my HBO. I asked about HBO Max and was told it was changed. I should not have to pay for an additional service that I did not request. Today I called again and wanted to speak to a supervisor, but was told they could not come to the phone and would call me back. They never called me back. The problem was that each agent speaks another language and the comprehension was not there. The first agent removed my HBO and I have had that service for years. Check my bill. Even though you changed the plan to HBOMax, I DID NOT want it removed after I understood that I was not be charged $**.**. I got my bill today and I'm being charged more. THAT IS WRONG!
