I have direcTV and a VIZIO smart TV. I need to know how to get my smart TV apps to work. When I push the Amazon or Netflix button on the Vizio remote the screen goes black and nothing happens. This is the first time I've had DirecTV and the other services I've had all I had to do was push those buttons to use the apps. Yes, I've tried going directly to the app row at the bottom of the screen, but that doesn't work either. This is very frustrating. Please tell me how to get this to work. Thanks!
