We live in an area that has a lot of storms...when weather caused an outage on high definition programs we could switch to standard definition and still watch our programs. We awoke one morning recently and our sd programs had disappeared on our program guide! How do we get both SD and HD programs listed again?

GetHuman5523106 did not yet indicate what DirecTV should do to make this right.
