I need to have the DirecTV tech replace a failed satellite HDR receiver ... DirecTV is scheduled to make a service appointment today between *AM and **PM. They are supposed to replace a satellite HDR receiver that is malfunctioning. At **AM I received a text saying the tech is running late and will not be here by **PM. I asked AT&T when he is going to arrive and received a text reply saying 'no further information'. That's not an acceptable answer as I made arrangements to wait at home for their technician to arrive as promised. I need to know when he will be here. Is that too much to ask.
I made arrangements to be home between *AM and **PM to meet AT&T's technician. I confirmed the appointment twice! On the day of the scheduled visit, today, I get a message saying they won't be on time. When I asked when they would get here, they texted back a 'no further information' reply. Does AT&T not understand that this is god
