last week power went out. now error code ***. i have reset it. called directv and waited for **** minutes. no pickup. keep searching for signal, need a tech. this is at our cottage. basic tv top receiver. was working fine before storm. dish is secure and appears not to have moved. i have returned home but will meet a tech there. service address ***** tavares ridge blvd. tavares fl *****. my daughter and grandson stayting there. box is new.

GetHuman-rutled did not yet indicate what DirecTV should do to make this right.
