I have closed my DirecTV account and I have a balance that is owed me of $**.** BUT I am in Canada and cannot contact them to get my refund. My acct is closed so I can't login to CHAT and the *** number does not work from Canada. Help

How GetHuman-gachisho fixed the problem
So, it worked in that DirecTV called me in about * hours and the chap tried to help, even checked with his supv. but the best he could do was suggest I have a friend in the US call them and do *-way call to me. Then my wife reminded me about Google voice and I was able to call the *-*** number and DirecTV said they would mail my refund to the service adrs in the US (they can't mail to Canada). That works for us as our mail will get forwarded. Thanks for your help anyway and I hope this helps others.
