My directTV account was supposed to be closed last September. Due to multiple issues on DirectTV's end, they failed to cancel the account until December. I received a gift card with a reimbursement of overpayment, however, the charges that should not have been on my account were never removed. I am now getting late fees as well. My services were bundled with my internet provider (centurylink). I need the past due balance REMOVED. I have called EVERY MONTH since September with ongoing issues and little resolution. I have also called multiple times today and have been hung up on twice. Please address this issue immediately.

GetHuman-anahines did not yet indicate what DirecTV should do to make this right.
