My sister and brother in law lived at my house in Florida and had directv, then they moved to japan. I assumed they had direct tv turned off, but I just got a piece of their mail with their statement “enclosed” (I didn’t open it) but when I had asked my sister about it she said it was still on here in Florida and she was still paying for it. I haven’t watched the cable tv in way over a year, is there any way we could work out a refund? I have one box but I just assumed they had it all figured out. Please help her!! *A side note about my lovely sister, she is currently adopting * of our other sisters kids on top of her *! She can use every dollar she can get right now.
