On Wednesday March **th, I had a DIRECTV seller in my house selling the Directv products. He promises * Brazilian channels with my package totalizing monthly of $***.** The instal was scheduled to install the Directv at Thursday **th and the internet at Friday **th. After he installed my DIRECTV, I figured out that the Brazilians channels was not included. Then I call the customer services and they told me that for a Globo ( Brazilian channel) I will need to pay a extra charge of $**.** and the others * channels as not included because they didn’t have it on my packet, diverging from what was agreed by the seller. I was very disappointed with Directv, because I realized that I had been bamboozled, besides taking the service from the previous company, making me believe that I would be doing a great deal, they made me go * days without internet. Because I had to wait to ask my old provider again to re-connect my cable and internet service. I want to record here my total disappointment by the lack of honesty and complete lack of respect with the consumer by Directv. I also want to exclude from this my dissatisfaction the sub-contractor (Alex) that this guy with honesty and a lot of good will did what was determined to be done. And to top it off, when we ask them to return to buy the modems left here and remove the satellite antenade placed on our roof, as requested and accepted by the customer service. Once again, we were pampered. Because they couldn't get the equipment back. We even had to take ourselves to Fedex. They did not reconnect my internet and television services, which they themselves had disconnected and did not remove the antenna. That again we will have to pay for it to be withdrawn. Here I end my report waiting for some privacy to be taken so that other customers do not go through the same stress as we did with Directv. Thanks.
