To whom it may concern, I believe I have been a customer of DirecTV for approximately a year and ***. I switched from cable to DirecTV when solicited by AT&T. I have been a wireless customer of AT&T for nearly ** years.**When I was solicited by my AT&T wireless representative to connect with DirecTV, I received a discount and*or special program that was to keep the discounted rate on my account for an extended period of time parens i.e. ** years) or indefinitely if I accepted the program. The last few months, I direct TV bill has more than doubled and is now about $*** a month. I am not interested in paying $*** a month for television, nor can I afford that.**I have made efforts to talk with representatives of DirecTV by telephone to no avail. No one will confirm what the special program or plan was that I accepted. Nobody knows why my bill has essentially doubled (actually more than doubled). I have spoken to my AT&T wireless representative who sold them the plant. His responses to say he's really more knowledgeable about wireless them DirecTV, which I find to be a very disingenuous response. I have**I have tried to talk with the store manager at AT&T anywhere on I have done business for many years. I have sent the store manager for emails asking for information and telephone communication or an appointment. He has neglected to respond to any one of my emails.**I am very unhappy at this point. I am prepared to disconnect from DirecTV if some arrangement cannot be made to honor the program and*or plan that I accepted when I converted from cable to DirecTV.**I need someone to contact me as soon as possible.
