Carroll is my surname. Do you represent DirecTV?*John: Nope*You: Why are we in communication then?*John: We are an independent company who assist Directv*You: OK! I have a difficult issue with re-suspending my DTV service as I reside outside the USA but have had a DTV contract since ****.*You: as you are a 'third party', I doubt you can assist? Do DTV have a CHAT facility that does not use third party operatives?*You: R U still there???*You: I'll take a screenshot of this excuse for service and escalate it to DTV.*You: John, You are as useful as a chocolate teapot.

How GetHuman-mickbro fixed the problem
Resigned myself to having to (Internationally) telephone DTV to be shunted around for half an hour by their 'Automated Attendant' (Voice prompts and "Dial * for **** service", etc,.) Thanks anyway! Mick C.
