I agreed to service with a sales person, Marcos, at Costco. I signed up for the Direct TV and Internet and was approved for the $*** Costco card. We explained to Marcos about installation as we can not have holes in the house as we are renting. He assured us that it would be okay. We set up installation for ******** and tech guy came out, he stated he had no choice but to drill holes in the wall or place a pole that will be so long that it would not be able to come out and would stay for good. We can not have either. I called Direct TV that day and cancelled the service, was hung up on * times and two other times, the line was busy. It was a hastle. I was assured the service was cancelled. They then connected me with AT*T to confirm I still wanted internet and they too, confirmed the Direct TV was cancelled. Now, It is not showing cancelled, so I am confused and I am upset that we were assured there wouldn't be an issue with installation, and we were expecting the Costco card, but since we were lied to, we don't get that card.
