I have direct tv now and it’s now a part of att. I cannot access the account and have had the company keep taking money out of my bank account every month. It’s now turned into att tv. I want to switch back to my U-verse tv but I cannot do this without a large deposit on my account. I’ve been with the att company for many years and had U-verse tv before. I cannot get any help because someone has put themselves as a secondary account holder and I am the only one on the account. I’m frustrated because no one is ever available to help and calling doesn’t seem to resolve anything. I’m stuck with an account I’m paying for but can’t use and am now told I don’t have. It’s a never ending cycle of phone calls and store visits. The actual Monterey corporate store in Del Monte shopping center has new staff members who have tried to help but only get so far and don’t understand either. My internet that I have with it when I signed up is now a mess as well. I’m disabled and cannot get around at the moment and I am wasting money I don’t have. Please can someone help me get to the right people or place that I can reconcile this ongoing issue.
