I called in last night to cancel both my directv and Wi-Fi because the direct tv just kept buffering constantly. It looks like that was successful. But my phone still shows the Wi-Fi as active so I don't want to unhook it until I make sure that it's completely turned off. It took them * hours to get this **** in here and I could throw a rock and hit your tower from my house so its amazing to me that there could be this many problems.. But she was extremely nice we've only had the service about ** days and she said we would be charged nothing because we were well under the ** days and to box it all up and to take it to ups or FedEx with my account number written on the box. And we would not be charged on the *th. So I need you to deactivate this internet for me. Please. I've had a stroke so my speech isn't really good but if you want to call me that's fine otherwise you can text me or email me ***-***-**** *****@***.com
