No service rep came to our house for the appointment scheduled today between *:** and noon nor was any call received about the delay*missed appointment. *This is the second appointment that has failed to restore our DirectTV service to an acceptable level.*We need our DirectTV issue fixed today!

GetHuman-lrockeep did not yet indicate what DirecTV should do to make this right.

How GetHuman-lrockeep fixed the problem
On the fifth attempt a DirectTV service rep arrived and resolved our issue with audio and picture sync problem.* It took persistence and patience after the initial service rep left the job unfinished and without notification to us, along with calling technical service * additional times when dispatch calls didn't occur (twice) and service reps didn't appear for scheduled appointments.**The $** credit from missed appointments is a joke given the ** plus hours spent at home waiting for service reps that never showed.
