Re: Account *********, Martha Frick*Hello, I have been trying to change some of my services but can't because of "an open order". I spent * hour and then half hour talking to * people and being hung up and blown off. This is coming off of not having service for * weeks because you folks kept saying you would send a new remote and didn't. This has become a nightmare. This is why the government does not like you folks buying each other out. Please resolve this and cancel my movies pack (item*), protection plan (item **), and I would like to speak with someone about possibly canceling item *, which is HD. This has actually been my worst cable experience. That goes a long way. Please contact us Martha Frick and steve craig (authorized speaker) on the account.
