I signed with DirecTV Dec **** with the promise of a visa gift card and after numerous phone calls I still have not received a card or any information regarding the card. I sent a dispute recently and I received a phone call from someone named Allen from the President's office to return his call regarding the dispute. According to customer service there s not any indication in my contract that I am eligible for a rewards card. I want to know why. I have tried contacting Allen in the President's office and have been unsuccessful, someone needs to make good on this promised reward card, there are numerous TV and internet providers out there I could change to for me to be treated this way by DirecTV.
GetHuman2344782 did not yet indicate what DirecTV should do to make this right.
