We have experienced several different errors with the DVRs on two of our receivers. They are random and intermittent. Such as no recordings listed (requiring a reboot), or certain episodes missing, or playback suddenly stopping with an error message indicating Genie disconnected from network. A second issue is the screen going blank when watching TV, and reappearing in about * or * seconds... happens on many different channels.

GetHuman2964649 did not yet indicate what DirecTV should do to make this right.

I called * *** *** **** and navigated through the menus. I called at about *:** on a Wednesday, *:** p.m. eastern time. It took a couple minutes to get through the menus, but I only had to wait less than a minute to talk to a representative. She was very helpful and has set up an appointment for a technician to come out to diagnose the issues.
