There are many ways to submit a complaint to DirectTV but the best option is to call in. If you call into DirectTV you are more likely to get a strong resolution than using http://www.directv.com/DTVAPP/global/contentPageNR.jsp?assetId=P1700006.

ACCOUNT* ******** * Eric Miller * Cancelled ********I called (****** **:**-**..AM Central time) because I did not receive the 'return kit' for my DVR and additional small receiver (This call took *** MINUTES and was a waste of time). They said they did send one out (I don't believe it btw). The guy on the line said they would send another one out but would need to know the models of the devices. I said that I am not home, I do NOT have that information..Can't you look that up on my account? He said he could not. Then the call ended!?..I did not hang up. So I have to call you idiots AGAIN and WASTE more of my time by getting you the device information on your equipment.*I CAN NOT WAIT TO BE DONE WITH AT&T*DIRECTV. I WILL BE WORKING ON REPLACING MY NOW $$$ JACKED UP AT&T INTERNET ASAP. Waiting for the Return Kit:*After a ** minute call of mostly being on hold, I called DirecTV back the next day with the DVR*equipment info (because they said that they did not have that information). I gave them the serial numbers and they said, "There's no need to return those devices to us.." Wtf? I said, "You could've told me that when I called to cancel in March, right? Instead of saying, "We'll be sending out a 'Return Kit' for returning the two units and remotes, to avoid a fee.." *So desides us likely changing our internet provider because they doubled the price now, there's nothing left but getting my credit back. They said I should get it by the end of April. We'll see how that goes.
