We are not getting local channels. We had service hooked up a week ago and have had * technicians out. The guide on the TV is still in central time, we moved from Dallas TX to Charlotte NC, so I believe our account is still set in Texas. The tech called you guys from my house and updated our info. We were told it would be good to go in * hours, that was * hours ago. Please call me ASAP as we have not had full service the entire first week we have been here.
