I was affected by hurricane Florence and on October *st, I put my directv on suspension as we were unable to live in our home. I am bundled with Century link and are billed form them for our services. Unfortunately going thru the traumatic experience of trying to put our house together, I neglected to call and extend my suspension. I was automatically billed for services that were not provided to me. I tried calling Centurylink, but was told that I would have to deal with Directv. In doing so, I was told that they were not able or unwilling to refund me for the * months that I paid. After numerous people that I spoke to, I was advised to send a letter to the office of the President, which I did. It was received * weeks ago and I have not had any response to my letter. It is very unprofessional on the part of the President (being I was told that he would reply to my letter). As I ststed in my letter, $*** ca't mean that much to your bottom line, but it is to mine. I have been a loyal customer for a long time and expected more from Directv. My account is ***********. I expect to have a reply quickly. Respectfully, Lawrence Ferraris
