There are many ways to submit a complaint to DirectTV but the best option is to call in. If you call into DirectTV you are more likely to get a strong resolution than using http://www.directv.com/DTVAPP/global/contentPageNR.jsp?assetId=P1700006.

Get all my returned equipment credited to my account and balanced cleared so this account can close! ... I paid all my fees and bills which was about $*** and Direct tv charged me $*** worth of fees for the equipment. I turned in the equipment on ******** at the UPS store. (I still have my receipt) and today (********) I'm told I still have a balance of $***.** and it's in collections now after I called * previous times to make sure this was all taken care of. I was told only * equipment parts has been credited when I mailed all * parts of the equipment together! I want my account cleared to a zero balance and I want it closed!!! I have a different carrier for cable now. It's not fair to me I did everything i was supposed to do and you guys still have a balance on my account and me in collections.
I turned in all equipment and paid all fees. i'm not going to pay them again for the same equipment i already turned in!
I want my account credited and this account to close. And nothing in collections!
I've been with this company for over * years and I haven't had any issues until now, that I'm leaving them.
I've called them over * times to get this resolved and NOTHING. i need management or someone in a higher position than agents who just collect money all day to help get this resolved TODAY!!!!
