Hey, I have now for the last almost * months have been trying to return you equipment and keep getting told that I would be getting sent something. I’ve tried to go to a fedex location to return and they were unable to find me. I’ve called on this issue and they said they would fix it and get me a box and have yet to receive it. You now a month ago or so sent it to collections. I am going to be very pissed if it goes on my credit when I have been trying to get you the equipment. Something need to be done now before I make a complaint to the BBB. This is ridiculous! I haven’t been given this much trouble over equipment. I know this is a problem you guys have from multiple reviews I have read. We will get this issue resolved now or we are going to have problems.
