You were supposed to cancel my free premium channels after the * months free. You did not. Now, this past due bill isn't your fault, as I was away from home for ** weeks and a friend was supposed to be paying my bills while I was away. She did not. But the amount is absolutely your fault. I left Dish Network to come to DirecTV because the customer service was horrible and the receiver was trash. Did I make a mistake switching?
